Insurance Coverage Information

Medical Services Planning of BC (MSP)

If you are on the Premium Assitance, you may be eligible for the MSP coverage. Please note that you are required to pay our full visit fee on your first appointment. On your initial visit, you must notify the front desk if you are eligible for MSP. We will be able to confirm your coverage and begin to bill MSP directly on your behalf for a portion of your second visit. If under Premium Assistance, you may be eligible to receive $23.00 for up to 10 visits each of one or a combination of the above services. You will pay the balance of our regular visit fee.

Extended Health Care Benefits

It is important to check with your plan administrator to find out if you are entitled to reimbursement. Plans may reimburse up to 100% of your fee. We do not bill plans directly other than the MSP and ICBC. You must pay the fees and submit a receipt or summary to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Motor Vehicle Injuries (ICBC)

If you have an insurance claim, please be sure to inform the clinic when you call the office to schedule your appointment. Please let us know when your collision was so that we can contact the ICBC for appropriate coverage prior to your visit.

We do offer direct billing for ICBC claims, meaning that we will bill the ICBC for its eligible portion.

Initial assessment & X-rays - fully covered

Standard treatment - $53 per treatment  (Patient is responsible for remaining fee portion)

Preauthorized number of treatment - 25 treatment maximum, within 12 weeks of the date of the accident causing the injury.

ICBC customers are responsible for paying the user fee portion and will not be able to recover from ICBC for claims with a date of loss on or after April 1, 2019, which they may submit to their private health insurer for consideration of coverage.

Worksafe BC

We do not accept WCB claims at our office.
